| 摘 要： | 猪的胚胎移植技术应用面较小,但由于猪的生长周期短,商品化程度高,许多生产性能暂时与社会需求不符的猪种已经消失或濒临灭绝,在活体保种很难实施的情况下,实施胚胎保种是一种选择.本文论述了猪的胚胎保存技术方法和目前的进展情况,以作为利用胚胎距离移植技术实施猪种保种和长距离引种工作的参考,从而能与大家一道共同推进本项研究工作.

| Abstract: | It is know that most of the native porcine breeds had lost away or be close to depopulation as their production performances were lower than those new breeding breeds.But it is obvious that most native porcine breeds have some useful genes maybe useful to bred another type of breed in the future.The porcine embryo transfer and embryo cryopreservation have been used in porcine industry and will be made to protect the situation of depopulation.It is discussed to prevent porcine breed by embryo cryopreservation in this study. |
