摘    要:对山葡萄及山欧杂种葡萄‘熊岳白’、‘北醇’、‘北玫’、‘北全’进行了抗南方根结线虫鉴定和有关理化指标变化的观测,发现山欧杂种均为感性种,其中北全、北玫高感,弱醇低感。接种后,高感种弱玫受线虫侵染速度快、周期短,根结形成高峰比线虫数量高峰仅晚7d,根系活力在接种7d后降至低谷,根冠比始终高于未接种的;线虫对地上部生长的抑制作用十分明显,过氧化物酶(POD)活性持续缓慢下升。抗性砧木‘道格’受线虫刺激

Abstract:The resistance of V.amurensis and its hybrids(V.vinifera-V.amurensis.)such as the varieties White Xiongyue,Beichun and Beimei to Meloidoyne incognita was identified,with the variation of some physiology and biochemistry being observed.All the hybrids were susceptible, among them,Beiquan and Beimei appeared to be more susceptible than Beichun.For Beimei,the peak of root knot amount emerged only seven days later than that of the quantity of nematodes after inoculation, the root activity dropped to the lowest on the 7th day after inoculation,R/T of the in- fected was higher than that of the non-inoculated;Shoot growth was obviously inhibited by nematodes.For the variety Dogridge(control),the resistant rootstock,POD activity initially descended,then sharply ascended,finally descended.For the susceptible,their POD activity continually and slowly increased.
