摘    要:红三叶为豆科三叶草属植物,广泛分布于世界各地。在全面综述红三叶主要成分异黄酮的抗氧化功能及其药理作用研究进展基础上,展望其进一步开发应用前景,旨在为相关科研、医药生产单位及其深加工提供重要参考。大量研究结果表明,红三叶中含有多种异黄酮类物质,这些物质不但具有抗氧化性等多种生理活性,而且具有弱的雌激素样作用和促进动物生长、抑制癌细胞等多种生理功能,对于预防乳腺癌、前列腺癌、改善骨质疏松和改善妇女更年期症状等有一定的作用,说明红三叶异黄酮是一种极具开发前景的天然药物,具有潜在的预防疾病的作用,将会得到更广泛的关注。

Abstract:Based on the research progress on antioxidant function and pharmacological actions,the further developing and applying prospect of the isoflavones from Trifolium pratense L.,a legume and an important forage plant widely distributed around the world,was forecast also in order to provide important references for the related scientific research,medicinal departments and deep processing.Results showed that Trifolium pratense contains several kinds of isoflavones.These substances not only have antioxidant and other physiological activities but also have weakly estrogenic activity,promote animal growth,inhibit the growth of cancer cells etc,which play an important role in the prevention of breast cancer,prostate cancer,the improvement of osteoporosis and women’s menopausal symptoms and so on.It was proved that the isoflavones from T.pratense have a high potential and broad prospect in the prevention of disease and the natural medicament in the future.
