| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着分子生物学技术的发展,非损伤性取样逐渐成为野生动物分子生物学研究中获取试验材料的主要方法.文章主要通过介绍当前非损伤取样提取动物DNA的方法,比较各种方法的优缺点和局限性,并分析了各种方法的研究特点和应用前景,以期对下一步研究提供有价值的参考.

| Abstract: | With the development of molecular biology techniques in recent years,noninvasive sampling has gradually become the main method in the molecular biology of wild animals.In this paper,Various noninvasive sampling methods in extracting animal DNA were introduced and their advantages and disadvantages were compared,meanwhile the characteristics and prospects of various methods were discussed for providing a valuable reference in further research. |
