| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨囊性脑膜瘤的病理、临床特点及手术方法。方法:对13例囊性脑膜瘤临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:肿瘤实质及囊壁全切除9例,肿瘤实质全切加囊壁部分切除3例,肿瘤实质及囊壁部分切除1例,无手术死亡和严重并发症。结论:脑膜瘤由于急性囊变加速了病情发展,引起严重的临床症状,易误诊为其它性质的肿瘤,MRI可以提高诊断的准确率。应尽早手术,肿瘤结节与囊壁尽可能彻底切除以防复发。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate and discuss the pathological,clinical features and operational methods of cystic meningioma. Methods: 13 cases of cystic meningioma treated in our hospital were analysed.Results: 9 cases were subjected to total resection of tumor parenchyma and cystic wall.3 total resection of tumor parenchyma and subtotal resection of cystic wall.1 subtotal resection of tumor parenchyma and cystic wall.No operation death or severe complications occurred.Conclusion: Cystic meningioma can sometime be misdiagnosed as other brain tumors because of its rapid growth and severe clinical symptoms.MRI is beneficial to diagnose the cystic meningioma accurately. The tumor nodule and the wall of the cyst should be resected totally in order to prevent recurrence as soon as possible. |
