香猪生后肝脏发育的组织学及组织化学研究

摘    要:以初生、10、20、30、90和150日龄共25头健康香猪肝脏为材料,采用常规组织学方法和组织化学技术,分别对肝脏的一般结构和肝细胞内核酸、糖原、脂肪、琥珀酸脱氢酶、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶,碱性磷酸酶作对比观察。初生时肝小叶轮廓难以辨认,以后随日龄增加逐渐明显,到20日龄时,肝细胞索、肝窦均很清晰。肝内造血细胞往往成团分布于窦壁或肝窦内,其数量随日龄增加而减少。到30日龄时已极少。肝小叶的分带现象在30日龄时特别明显,此时。核糖核酸、糖原、琥珀酸脱氢酶不同程度地表现为外带多、内带少的区域性分布,脂肪的分布则与之相反。脱氧核糖核酸、核糖核酸、琥珀酸脱氢酶、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶5种化学物质的含量一般均在20-30日龄之间稳定下来,说明香猪的成熟分化在此期基本完成。

Abstract:The liver of 25 Xiang Pig (from newborn to 150 days after birth) were used for the histologie and histochemical studies. This paper presents the observation on DNA, RNA, glycogen, fat, suecinate dehydrogenase (SDH), glucose-6-phosphatase (G-6-Pase), alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and fundamental structure of liver. In the newborn Xiang Pig the hepatic lobule without a clear line of demarcation. The interlobular connective tissue increased in number with the advance of the day. By day 20, the hepatic lobule is especially well delineated because it is completely surrounded by connective tissue septa. The hepatic lobule structure were similar to those of the adult at this stage. These were a lot of the group of the blood forming cells in the hepatic sinusoids and sinusoids wall at newborn. They were decreased in number with the increase of day. The blood froming cells in liver were few by day 30. The zonation of the hepatic lobule was most evident in 30 days after birth. In the meantime RNA glycogen, SDH. fat in different zone showed regional differences in distrbution. The content of DNA, RNA, SDH, G-6-Pase, AKP in the hepatic cells did not stabilized till 20 or 30 days after birth. This fact verified that mature differentiation of Xiang Pig liver had completed befor 30 days after bith.
