| 摘 要： | 对脱脂哈蟆油的提取工艺进行研究。采用超临界萃取正交试验设计优化脱脂哈蟆油提取工艺,以脱脂哈蟆油药材中胆固醇去除率和1-甲基海因剩余率为考察指标对其进行考察,确定其最佳提取方案。确定最佳提取条件为调节萃取温度45℃,压力25MPa,按100:33的比例加入乙醇夹带剂进行试验,萃取时间为4h。该工艺合理、可行、质量稳定可控。

| Abstract: | To study the best preparation process for Skim Oviductus Ranae.SFE-CO2 extraction process of Skim Oviductus Ranae was optimized by orthogonal design.The removal rate of cholesterol and the residual ratio of 1-methyl hydantoin of Skim Oviductus Ranae were adopted as indices,and then the best extracting method and conditions were established.Adding Ethanol Entrainer in terms of ratio of 100：33.The best extraction process of extracting Oviductus Ranae was 4h,the temperature was 45 ℃ and the pressure was 25 Mpa.It was proved that this preparation process was reasonable,feasible,stable and controllable. |
