45个春大豆品种豆荚结构特征及其对食心虫抗性评价

摘    要:为解析豆荚结构特征及其与大豆品种对食心虫抗性的关系,对45份东北春大豆品种的荚毛密度、长度、颜色、形状及荚皮各层组织厚度等结构特征进行观测分析,提出相对抗性系数法对大豆品种抗虫性进行评价,结果表明:45个品种荚毛密度的频次分布符合韦布尔方程Y_(荚毛密度)=9.21(1-EXP(-((X-2.77)/2.90)^-6.37)),荚毛长度的频次分布符合双曲线方程Y_(荚毛长度)=-151.28+138.39X-29.46X~2;荚皮表皮角质层、皮下厚壁细胞层、中果皮细胞层、内壁细胞组织层厚度的频次分布均符合二次曲线方程,分别为Y_(角质层)=-42.23+2.30X-0.02X~2、Y_(厚壁)=-103.14+3.12X-0.021X~2、Y_(中果皮)=-72.32+0.23X-0.000 1X~2、Y_(内壁)=-109.17+1.44X-0.004X~2。品种抗选择系数k_1、抗钻入系数k_2、综合抗性系数k_(综合)与虫食率的相关系数分别为R_1=-0.649(P=0.004 0)、R_2=-0.723(P=0.025 8)、R_(综合)=-0.717(P=0.000 1),均呈极显著负相关,表明可以将相对抗性系数作为评价当地品种抗性的指标。

Abstract:To analysis the relation between characteristics of pods structure and resistance to Leguminivora glycinivorella,pod hair density,length,color and thickness of different layers of 45 northeast spring soybean were observed analysis.The soybean varieties resistance was evaluated by resistance coefficient method.The results showed that the frequency distribution of pod hair density in 45 varieties accorded with Weibull equation ydensity =9.21 (1-exp(-((x-2.77)/2.90) ^-6.37)),the frequency distribution of pod hair length conformed to the Hyperbolic equation,ylength =-151.28 + 138.39x-29.46x2.The frequency distribution of thickness of epidermal cuticle,subcutaneous thick-walled cell layer,mesocarp cell layer and endothecium cell layer of the pod shell were in accordance with the Hyperbolic equation yCuticle =-42.23 + 2.30x-0.02x2 、yThick-walled cells =-103.14 + 3.12x-0.021x2、yMedium peel =-72.32 + 0.23x-0.000 1x2、yInner wall =-109.17 + 1.44x-0.004x2.The correlation coefficients of varieties resistant to selectivity coefficient,anti-penetration coefficient and total resistance coefficient were R1 =-0.649 (P =0.004 0),R2 =-0.723 (P =0.025 8) and Rsynthesis=-0.717 (P =0.000 1) all showed a very significant negative correlation.It showed that the relative resistance coefficient could be used as a standard to evaluate the resistance of varieties.
