混合盐胁迫对引种绒毛白蜡生长及相关生理指标的影响

摘    要:模拟大庆碱斑土盐离子的种类、质量分数和pH值,将5种中性盐NaC、lNa2SO4、MgC l2、KC、lCaC l2和2种碱性盐NaHCO3、Na2CO3混合,配成相当于碱斑土质量分数1、2和3倍的混合盐溶液,对引种绒毛白蜡(Fraxi-nus velutinaTorr.)进行胁迫,比较其生长量、SPAD、SOD、POD、MDA和脯氨酸的变化。研究表明,在混合盐胁迫下光合作用降低是绒毛白蜡生长受抑制的主要原因。其能够在1倍质量分数的混合盐胁迫下继续生长,这与细胞内SOD、POD的调节和脯氨酸的积累有关。高质量分数的混合盐胁迫使膜透性增加,各项生理机能遭到更严重的破坏,导致植株生长停滞甚至死亡。
