| 摘 要： | 文章通过回顾欧美等国的科研评估历程,分析了欧美等国高效有序的评估手段,并针对我国在科研评估中存在的问题,提出了评估前应明确评估目的、加强过程监控和评估后合理奖惩等建议,以进一步提升科研机构的组织绩效,完善科研管理。
