| 摘 要： | 文章从农业科研院所管理现状入手,阐述了农业科研院所信息化管理存在的问题和建立信息化管理体系的重要性,并结合农业科研院所的运行特点,对农业科研院所信息化管理提出了几点建议,如构建智能化网络管理数据库、提高科研管理人员的综合素质等,指出了更新与维护信息化管理系统的重要性,以期加快农业科研院所信息化管理的进程。
