| 摘 要： | 通过查阅大量有关美国自然资源保护管理的法令和文献,在综合分析美国自然资源保护管理的法律体系的基础上,初步归纳出美国陆地自然资源保护及经营利用的基本原则,并收集了在这些原则指导下美国合理利用陆地自然资源的主要方式及其产生的经济效益.在此基础上,提出我国自然资源保护与管理的建议.
