| 摘 要： | 运用行业集中度指数、产业区域集聚程度指数,从市场和区域相结合的角度测度林业产业集聚水平及其发展阶段,并进行实证分析.根据分析结论给出东北国有林区林业产业集群发展的建议:木材采运业不适合作为集聚产业培植;林木种植培育业、经济林产品的种植与采集、木制品加工业可作为潜在产业集群进行引导和扶持;处于产业集聚发展期的锯材木片加工、人造板制造业集群,应整合各种资源大力培育发展:产业集聚水平较高的非木质林产品加工业、陆生野生动植物的繁殖与利用业集群,可作为林区发展的接续产业加快发展;处于产业集聚成熟期的木制家具业集群,应实施集群升级转型.
