摘    要:泡桐(Paulownia)是经济价值较高的优良绿化造林树种.由于丛枝病的危害,每年我国林业的直接经济损失就高达数千万元,并且严重影响农民种植泡桐的积极性(杨俊秀等,2007).

Abstract:In this study,the trichosanthin(TCS) gene,which was cloned from Trichosanthes kirilowii,was transformed into Paulownia elongata through agrobacterium-mediated method.The conversion rate was 29.2% with 86 transformed strains obtained.The target gene had approximately 50% positive expression rate in plantlets through 11 times subculture and PCR detection for 4 times.And the PCR detection of the plants in field showed that the positive rate was between 40% and 50%.No positive expression of the labeled product ...
