红毛丹灰斑病病原菌鉴定及生物学特性研究

摘    要:对红毛丹灰斑病病原菌进行分离,鉴定病原菌为拟盘多毛孢菌(Pestalotiopsis sp.),该菌危害红毛丹为首次报道。对病原菌进行了形态学、致病性及生物学特性的研究。结果表明,红毛丹灰斑病菌在10~35℃下均能生长,适宜生长温度为25~28℃,PDA和CA培养基上生长较好。病原菌在pH 3~11都能生长,pH 4~8生长较好,pH6生长最佳。光照对病原菌的生长有明显促进作用,病原菌的致死温度为60℃10 min。PDA培养基中加入不同的糖对病原菌生长有不同的影响,以木糖、甘露糖、山梨糖和蔗糖最好。PDA培养基中添加2%的不同的氮源对病原菌生长的没有明显的促进作用。

Identification and biological characters of Rambutan gray spot disease
Abstract:The identification of the pathogen of rambutan gray spot showed that the pathogen was Pestalotiopsis sp.It is the first record in rambutan about their morphological,pathogenic and biological characteristics.The results of research showed that the pathogen of rambutan gray spot could grow between the temperature 10 to 35 ℃,and the most suitable temperature was 25 to28 ℃.The best mediums for its growth was PDA and CA.The pathogen could grow in pH of 3 to 11,and the better pH were 4 to 8,but the pH6 was the best one.Light shining could obviously improve its growth.The temperature caused its death was 60 ℃ lasting for 10 min.In the PDA medium added some sugars could affect the pathogen growth,the suitable sugars were xylose,mannitol,sorbosean and sucrose.There was no obvious effect on fungal growth when 2% different nitrogen sources was added in PDA.
