| 摘 要： | 为提高学报编辑的工作效率,实现高校学报管理工作的规范化、科学化,对大学学报管理的业务处理进行了分析,提出基于工作流的学报管理信息系统,在作者、编辑部、审稿专家之间建立协同处理流程,减少繁重的人工处理和纸质管理,提高学报工作效率.

| Abstract: | To improve the efficiency of journal editors,and achieve the standardization and scientific management of university journals,the paper analyzed business processes of university journal management,and proposed Journal management information system based on workflow,and created cooperation processes between the author,editor and reviewers experts,to reduce heavy manual processing and paper management,and improve efficiency of journal work. |
