摘    要:在沉水植物饲料开发利用时,干燥是其中的关键性环节,也是制约沉水植物作为饲料资源开发的主要瓶颈.为此,本文采用热风干燥试验装置对沉水植物进行干燥试验,研究沉水植物在不同介质温度、风速和载料量条件下的干燥特性,旨在探讨各因素对其干燥速率和单位能耗的影响.结果表明:试验因素对干燥速率和单位能耗影响最大的是介质温度,载料量和介质风速影响相对较弱;干燥沉水植物时选择较高的介质温度、风速和载料量,有利于提高生产率、降低能耗.

Abstract:Drying is the key circumstances,and is important bottle neck of constraining submerged vegetation as feed resources development in the exploitation and use of submerged vegetation feed.This paper uses hot wind drying instrument to dry submerged vegetation,to study drying speciality of submerged vegetation in deferent medium temperature,wind speed and carrying capacity.The aim is inquiring results that all elements affect drying velocity and unit energy expense.Results show: temperature has the strongest effects on drying velocity and unit energy expense,and capacity and wind speed is of less effects comparing to medium temperature.When drying submerged vegetation,selecting higher temperature,wind speed and carrying capacity has advantage of increasing productivity and decreasing energy expense.
