摘    要:新疆特有的果树钻蛀性害虫香梨优斑螟已遍布天山南北,成为危害库尔勒香梨的主要害虫之一。【研究目的】为了评价糖醋液诱杀、灯光诱杀和刮树皮3种无公害防治方法对香梨优斑螟的防治效果。【方法】本试验在新疆阿克苏地区林科所推广站香梨园内,调查糖醋液每日诱虫数、不同波长黑光灯诱虫数和刮树皮前后每株虫口数。【结果】连续27天糖醋液诱共杀香梨优斑螟1804头,单日最高诱虫量267头;波长为425 nm的黑光灯每日诱虫6.83头,显著高于节能灯;刮树皮前后平均每株虫口数存在显著性差异,从12.3头/株降到3.73头/株。这3种防治方法都对香梨优斑螟有一定的防治效果,糖醋液诱杀香梨优斑螟的同时诱杀了大量的普通草蛉,波长为425 nm的黑光灯诱虫效果最好,刮树皮能够有效地控制香梨优斑螟的种群数量。【结论】建议对糖醋液改良,使用425 nm的黑光灯灯对香梨优斑螟进行监测,每年刮树皮1次对香梨优斑螟进行防治。

Abstract:As one of the unique fruit pests in Xinjiang, Euzophera pyriella Yang had spread all over the Tianshan Mountains. It was one of the major insect pests attacking fragrant pear.【OBJECTIVE】The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of sugar-vinegar mixture, black-light tube and curettage of tree bark against Euzophera pyriella Yang. 【METHOD】The number of Euzophera pyriella Yang attracted by sugar-vinegar mixture and different black-light tube every day and the mean larval population density of Euzophera pyriella Yang before and after curettage of tree bark were tested in pear garden of Aksu. 【RESULTS】The amount of Euzophera pyriella Yang attracted by sugar-vinegar mixture was 1804 in twenty-seven days and the maximum was 267 in single-day. There was significantly difference between the black-light tube and energy-saving lamp (P<0.05). The black-light tube with the wavelength of 425 nm was the most effective tube. The mean number of Euzophera pyriella Yang attracted by it was 6.83 in each day. Before and after curettage of tree bark, the mean larval population density of Euzophera pyriella Yang had decreased from 12.3 to 3.73 (P<0.01). The results showed that all of sugar-vinegar mixture, black-light tube and curettage of tree bark had effects on controlling the population of Euzophera pyriella Yang. The sensitive wavelength of black light lamps is 425 nm. The curettage of tree bark can efficiently control the population density of Euzophera pyriella Yang. The adults of Euzophera pyriella Yang were killed by sugar-vinegar mixture, and a lot of Chrysopa carnea Stephens were also killed in the same time.【CONCLUSION】The paper recommended that the formula of sugar-vinegar mixture should be improved before it was used. The black-light tube with the wavelength of 425nm was used in monitoring. The curettage of tree bark was used one time a year to control the population Euzophera pyriella Yang.
