古侧柏林土壤和植物营养元素含量与树势相关性研究

摘    要:以北京市中山公园古侧柏为试验对象,对其生长地土壤和植物体内营养元素含量进行取样测定,分析了元素含量与树势的相关性。结果表明:不同长势古侧柏的树木其周边土壤的pH、水分含量、N、P、K、Ca和Mg的含量没有显著差异;古侧柏根系中除了休眠期的K含量在不同长势的古侧柏群体的差异达到显著外,其余大量营养元素含量没有显著差异;不同年龄的古侧柏叶片中Ca含量在生长期差异显著,其他大量元素和叶绿素及可溶性总糖的含量在生长期和休眠期差异均不显著。研究结果表明:使用古树的植物营养水平来表征古树的健康状况在目前有一定困难,古树的健康判断仍将长期依赖目视判断法。

Abstract:The concentrations of macronutrients in samples of surrounding soils and plant tissues of veteran oriental arborvitae (Platycladus orientalis (L.) Franco) trees in Zhongshan Park in Beijing were measured. The relationship between the concentrations of the nutrients and the vigor of trees was analyzed using statistics methods. The results show that the pH, water content, and the concentrations of N, P, K, Ca, and Mg of soils are not significantly different. In samples of roots, except for the concentration of K in the dormant season, concentrations of other macronutrients are not significantly different. The concentrations of Ca in leaves are significantly different between groups of trees with different ages in the growing season. Differences in concentrations of other macronutrients, chlorophyll, and total soluble sugar in leaves are not significant in different groups of oriental arborvitae trees no matter it is in growing or dormant season. In conclusion, it is difficult to use the concentrations of nutrients of veteran trees to represent their health status. The judgment of their health status has to rely on visual inspection in the near future.
