竹质人造板的平衡含水率

摘    要:比较了竹质人造板平衡含水率和毛竹平衡含水率后表明,竹质人造板的平衡含水率与温湿度的关系和毛竹、木材相同,竹质人造板的平衡含水率平均值比毛竹小3.0%,不同厂家的竹质人造板的平衡含水率有显著差异,涂胶生产的竹质人造板的平衡含水率比浸胶生产的小。

Abstract:EMC of bamboo-based panel were compared with the EMC of Phyllostachys pubescens. The results showed that the relationship between the EMC of bamboo-based panel,temperature and humidity was the same as that of Phyllostachys pubescens and that of wood;the average of the EMC of bamboo-based panel was 3.0% smaller than that of Phyllostachys pubescens; the EMC of bamoo.babed panel from the different factories was significantly different, and the EMC of bamoo-based panel produced by spreading adhesive was smaller than that by soaking up adhesive.
