| 摘 要： | 从灾利互变规律出发,对区域地质灾害在经济发展上的作用进行了评价分析,提出了区域地质灾害经济评估分析体系,包括灾前预测经济投资评估、灾后重建经济投资评估、区域灾害风险投资评估和灾害综合经济效应评估4个方面,并建立了相关评估模型。

| Abstract: | Based on the enantiotropic law between the calamity and benefit,the influence of regional geohazards in economic development was analyzed.The economic evaluation system for the regional geological calamities was put forward,including the economic investment evaluation of anterior and posterior calamity,the venture capital evaluation of regional disaster and the general economic evaluation of the disaster.Then the correlative evaluation model was established. |
