| 摘 要： | 将小白鼠生殖系统影响实验筛选的3个中药方剂分别应用于10只处于间情期的健康京巴母犬。每只母犬每天经口灌服复方中草药煎剂4 mL,连用20 d,每天观察试验犬的行为变化、外观变化,在用药后的第14、18、20、25天捕杀试验犬,取其卵巢、子宫和阴道,制成切片,于光学显微镜下观察卵巢、子宫内膜和阴道等的组织学变化,中药方C应用的健康京巴母犬,在用药期间定期静脉采血,分离血清,测定E2、P4和IL-1β、IL-6的浓度变化。结果表明：中药组方C诱导犬发情时阴道黏膜增厚、充血、上皮脱落,子宫内膜和子宫腺体增生明显,卵巢出现了成熟卵泡和排卵点,E2在应用15 d达到峰值,峰值过后,E2浓度迅速下降;P4浓度在用药时及整个发情前期均很低,到17 d浓度开始持续升高;IL-1β浓度在17 d达到峰值,以后开始下降;IL-6浓度在5 d开始持续升高,到21 d排卵前后达到峰值。说明中药诱导非繁殖季节母犬发情是可行的。

| Abstract: | The experience of the treatment in curing women＇s sterility and the rcports of inducing cstrus in swine,cattle and sheep in veterinary elinies were synthcsizcd,a composed Chinese herbal medicine has been screened out from the study of the effccl on the rats reproductive systems.The composed Chinese herbal medicine was applied to ten healthy Jingba canines for continuous 20days which wer in the stage of anocstrus.The changes of dog＇s behavior were killed after 14,18,20 and 25 days of treatment,their ovaries ,uterus and vaginas were collected and made into sections.The tissue changes of ovaries,uterus and vaginas wer observed with the optical microscope.During the treatment with whe composed Chinese her bal medicine C,vein blood serum samples of ten bealthy Jingba canines which were in the stag of anoestrus had been collected regularly,the density changes of E2,P4,IL-1β and IL-6 had been measured.The results showed that when the compoand Chinese herhal medicine Cwas applied to induce setrnis of eanine,vaginal epithelium became thicker,congestive and exuvial,cndometrium became thicket and grand proliferated,the ripe follicle and the point of ovulation appeared in the ovaries,E2 reached the peak level on the fifteenth day,then declined quickly.The comcentration of P4 which aws both low before taking medicine and in the early days before estrus,started to increase comtinuously on the seventeenth day ;the concentration of IL-1β reached the highest level on the seventeenth day,after that it began to decrease;the concentration of IL-6inereased continuously after five days and reached the highest level by the twenty -first day around ovulation.Thes revealed that it was possible to apply Chinese herbal medicine to induce estrus of canine in the seeson when canine didn＇t propagate. |
