| 摘 要： | 生态安全包括自然生态安全、经济生态安全和社会生态安全,尤指自然和半自然生态系统的安全,是维护地区或国家乃至全球的生态环境不受威胁的状态,它能为整个生态经济系统的持续发展提供生态保障。采用OECD与UNEP共同提出的PSR概念模型,构建了一套包括资源环境压力、资源环境状态和社会经济响应3个方面15个指标的评价指标体系,以石河子市的相关数据为基础,评价石河子市城市生态安全。评价结果显示:石河子市城市生态安全水平近10年来大致呈上升趋势,生态环境良化。据此进一步对解决石河子市的生态安全问题,促进城市可持续发展提出合理化建议。
