| 摘 要： | 应用 10日龄鸡胚 ,从新疆塔里木 1只病死的野鸡脾脏中分离出 1株副粘病毒 ,并对其进行了形态学、理化学、血清学、动物感染试验、分子生物学鉴定。结果证明所分离的 T2 0 株为 1株 NDV的强毒株。

| Abstract: | A Newcastle disease virus strain was isolated from the spleen of wild chickens coming from Tlimu region in Xingjiang Autonomous Region using chicken embryos during the NDV molecular epidemiological study. It was demonstrated to be a virulent strain of NDV by a series of systematic indentification such as morphology physicochemistry, serological neutralization test, canine infection test,and molecular virology test. |
