Abstract:Studies on the effects of PP_(333) treatment on the 4~6-year-old peach trees were carried out in Ningxia district. Results showed that PP_(333) treatment of foliar spray and soil application severely inhibited the growth of the tree and increased the flower bud fora-tion. The shoot length, the shoot internode length, the height and the stretch of the tree were reduced by 20%~60%, 15%~40% and 15%~30% respectively; the number of flower bud formation on the shoot increased 35%~250% and the fruit quality was unchanged. After PP_(333) treatment, the content of endogenous hormones in the shoot changed obviously and the flower bud was severely injured by low temperature. The best usage is 2000 ppm foliar spray in the middle of May or 0. 2~0. 3g/m~2 soil drench application.
