人参茎叶总皂苷对小菜蛾取食、解毒酶及乙酰胆碱酯酶的影响

摘    要:以人参(Panax ginseng C.A.Mey)茎叶总皂苷为试验材料,以小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella(L.))为试验昆虫,测定小菜蛾取食、解毒酶及乙酰胆碱酯酶活性。结果表明:人参茎叶总皂苷对小菜蛾取食有明显抑制作用;低质量浓度人参茎叶总皂苷能够激活小菜蛾体内多功能氧化酶系(MFO)活性,而高质量浓度人参茎叶总皂苷对小菜蛾体内多功能氧化酶系(MFO)活性具有抑制作用;人参茎叶总皂苷,能够抑制谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶及羧酸酯酶活性;低质量浓度时人参茎叶总皂苷对小菜蛾体内乙酰胆碱酯酶活性影响不大,中质量浓度能够抑制小菜蛾体内乙酰胆碱酯酶活性,而高质量浓度时抑制作用与中质量浓度相比有所减弱。

Abstract:With the ginseng stem and leave saponin (GSLS) of Panax ginseng C.A.Mey for Plutella xylostella (L.),we determined the activity of feeding,detoxification enzyme and acetyl cholinesterase.GSLS has significant inhibition of feeding.Low concentrations of GLSL can be activated the activity of MFO,while high-concentration has the effect of inhibition.GSLS can inhibit the activity of glutathione-S-transferase and carboxylesterase.GSLS has little effect of AchE which in P.xylostella vivo with the low-concentration,and the mid-concentrations has inhibition.High concentration of GSLS has less depression than mid-concentration.
