摘    要:通过不同肥料品种对胡萝卜中硝酸盐含量影响试验表明,有机肥对降低胡萝卜中硝酸盐含量有良好的作用,有机与无机合理搭配,既可提高产量,又可降低胡萝卜中硝酸盐的含量;合理使用优质生物肥、叶面肥能明显降低胡萝卜中硝酸盐含量;化学氮肥的用量与胡萝卜中硝酸盐含量密切相关,随着氮肥用量的增加,胡萝卜中硝酸盐含量增加.

Abstract:Through the experiments of different varieties of fertilizers on nitrate contents in carrot, it was showed that manttre could reduce carrot nitrate content effectively, and the mixture of manure and chemical fertilizer not only increased carrot yield but also decreased nitrate content; the amount of chemical N fertilizer applied was in direct proportion to carrot nitrate content, namely more N, higher nitrate content ; rationally applying high quality organism fertilizer and leaf fertillzer could significantly reduce carrot nitrate content.
