摘    要:通过农杆菌(Agrobacterium tumefaciens)介导法,对中花11成熟胚愈伤组织进行T-DNA转化,构建了含1489个独立的再生转化株系的突变体库,不仅为水稻功能基因组提供了一个有效的研究平台,还创造了一些具有优良农艺性状的突变材料,为水稻育种提供新的基因资源。插入第1代单本移栽且单本收获,第2代播种1066个家系,在水稻各个生育阶段从中独立筛选得到各类外形突变体66个。经过第三代重复筛选获得包括茎、叶、花和穗变异等各类突变52份。结果表明,外观性状的突变频率为3.4%。

Abstract:T-DNA can be inserted with high efficiency into the genome of the rice variety Zhonghua11(Oryza sativa L.),which was transformed using the Agrobacterium-mediated co-cultivation method,resulting in 1489 independent transgenetic rice plants that carry T-DNA fragments.It not only provids a valid research platformfor the function genomics in rice,but also creates some mutants with the good agriculture characters,and provide some new gene resources for rice breeding.T_1 generation was transplanted and harvested by each single plant.1066 of T_2 generation were planted.66 phenotypic mutants were scanned in term of their performance at every growing stage.52 mutants including stalk,leaf,bloomand panicle variations were identified and selected In T_3 generation repeatedly.The results indicated that the mutation frequency of morphological character was 3.4 %.
