| 摘 要： | 分析了草原生态保护补助奖励机制保障国家生态安全、提高牧民收入和协调区域发展的政策目标。对其经济法价值目标进行透视,表明其内含了经济法的公平分享利益、国家合理补偿、实质公平和社会和谐的价值诉求。为有效实现草原生态保护补助奖励机制中经济法价值目标,需要建立草原生态保护投入、财政转移支付、公共投入和补贴的法律保障。
