水杨酸处理对铅胁迫下花椰菜生长特性及生理生化指标的影响

摘    要:目的]探讨水杨酸(SA)处理对铅胁迫下花椰菜生长特性及生理生化指标的影响,为植物生物修复技术提供参考。方法]以浓度为0、0.01、0.10、0.50、1.00、1.50和2.(30mmol/LPb^2+胁迫下的花椰菜品种“JR00X”为材料,采用0.05mmol/L SA与未施SA进行处理。研究sA处理对铅胁迫下花椰菜生长特性及生理生化指标的影响。结果]花椰菜种子在铅胁迫期间,发芽率、发芽指数、根长、单株鲜重和活力指数均随pb^2+浓度增加而降低;当pb^2+浓度较低时,与未施SA相比,SA与铅同时处理种子萌发率升高,当铅浓度过高(1.5mmo]/L以上)时,SA处理效果不明显,幼苗生长严重受抑制;与未施SA相比,SA与铅同时处理MDA和可溶性糖含量明显降低,且随着pb^2+离子浓度的升高MDA和可溶性糖含量升高缓慢。结论]SA处理在一定程度上缓解了铅胁迫对花椰菜幼苗的毒害作用。
