| 摘 要： | 本文针对当前学术界普遍对重农抑商政策持否定态度这一情况,提出不同的见解。文中引用管仲、李悝、商鞅等我国历史上著名经济思想家的理论,说明重农抑商主张的提出与逐步完善,是从我国当时具体的国情出发,反映了中国这个农业大国的经济规律,并在不同的历史时期,对社会经济曾起过调节和促进作用。文章对重农抑商政策的涵义作了进一步明确的解释,强调其实质是重视农业,限制商业的过头发展,以保证农工商各业的比例平衡,协调发展。

| Abstract: | The author of this paper puts forth a different viewpoint on the negative attitude toward the policy of "Stress agriculture and limit commerce", which commonly existed in the today s academic circle. Citing the economical theories put forward by the famous thinkers in Chinese history, such as Guanzhong, Li Kui and Shang Yang ect, the author tries to explain the formation and gradual perfection of the idea. "Stress agriculture and limit trade" was based on the real situation of the country, revealing the economic law true to China as a agricultural country at that time and the policy regulated and promoted the social economy in different historical periods. The authore further explains the contents of the policy, emphasizing that the purpose of it is to pay more attention to the development of agriculture and to limit the over—growth of trade in order to ensure a proper balance and harmony in developing agriculture, industry and commerce. |
