| 摘 要： | １９９１年在沈阳地区茄子花叶病病株上分离到ＳＹ—ＩＳ分离物．对该分离物进行生物学鉴定、血清学检测及多聚酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）测定，确定引起沈阳地区茄子花叶病的毒原种类为烟草花叶病毒（Ｔｏｂａｃｃｏｍｏｓａｉｃｖｉｒｕｓ，ＴＭＶ）的一个株系．此为国内茄子花叶病新的毒原种类。

| Abstract: | SY-IS, an isolate from eggplants infected by mosaic disease found in Shenyang aeas in 1991,was identified in the aspects of its biology, serology and polymerase catenary reaction (PCR). Results showed that the kind of the virus causing eggplant mosaic disease was a strain in TMV. It was regarded as a new one discovered in the disease in China |
