农产品质量安全在线监控系统设计与实现

摘    要:【目的】实现农产品检测数据的快速获取、无线传输、分析管理及发布查询,为有效降低农产品质量安全隐患、增强消费者信心及农产品监管部门获取真实数据提供有效方法,同时为商品化农产品质量安全监控成套设备和系统的研发奠定基础。【方法】综合采用嵌入式、信息融合、组态工控、RFID、GPS、无线通讯、J2EE及WebService等技术,构建农产品质量安全在线监控系统。【结果】系统包括硬件和软件两个部分。系统硬件主要有采集终端、RFID溯源设备和信息集中器;系统软件包括采集终端控制软件和远程监控服务平台。采集终端通过连接传感器,能同时快速获取农产品温度、pH、重金属、农药残留等检测值,具有定位快、功能全、成本低和便携性的特点。RFID设备和EPC电子标签通过集中器读取和记录现场检测结果。集中器将各采集终端数据经无线网络传输至远程服务平台,实现数据存储、分析、查询、预警等功能。【结论】所建监控系统可有效提高农产品质量安全检测效率,降低食品安全隐患,促进农药、兽药、化肥等农用化学物质的合理使用,减少其对生态环境的污染。

Abstract:Objective]The system was developed to realize rapid detection of agricultural products, effective man- agement of test results and convenience query to reduce food safety risks, offer real statistics, enhance consumer confidence, and provide references for relevant equipment and system research. Method]A kind of food quality and safety on-site monitoring system was designed, which has hardware and software parts, by combining forefront technologies, including embedded technology, configuration fusion, RFID, GPS, wireless communications, J2EE and Web Service. Result]The system hardware mainly includes self-made acquisition terminal devices, RFID tracing equipment and information concentrator. The system software includes the terminal device control software and remote monitoring ser- vice platform. The acquisition terminal device can obtain the values of temperature, pH, heavy metals and pesticide residues by connecting different sensors, which would be further recorded and read by EPC electronic tags and RFID devices through the concentrator. Finally, the concentrator transmits these data to the remote service platform via wireless networks, for data storage, analysis, query and early warning. Conclusion lit could provide a set of technolo- gies and solutions to improve the detection efficiency of agricultural products for food inspection and supervision de- partments, reduce food safety risks and environmental pollution, and promote the rational use of agricultural chemicals.
