摘    要:采用乙醚超声法提取8份沉香样品的挥发油,并应用GC-MS分析测定其化学成分及相对含量,共鉴定了121个化合物,主要由倍半萜类(64个)、色酮类化合物(25个)组成,此外还有一些芳香性化合物、甾体类化合物等。通过比较8份沉香样品中的特征性成分及其含量,对不同方法所结沉香的品质进行评价,其中火烙打洞法所产沉香比冷铁打洞法和常规打洞法所产沉香质量好。

Abstract:Eight agarwood samples were extracted with ether coupled with ultrasonic, and the chemical constituents and relative contents of the ether extract were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). 121 compounds were identified. The results indicated that the volatile components of the agarwood samples produced by the method of holing were mainly composed of sesquiterpenes (64) and chromones (25). In addition, some other compounds were detected, including aromatic compounds, steroids and so on. The quality of the eight samples was evaluated by comparison of their respective characteristic constituents and their contents. The quality of the agarwood samples produced by the method of holing with burning red iron was better than holing with cold iron and common holing.
