成熟度对烟叶品质影响的试验与示范

摘    要:试验针对烟叶成熟度,从生态条件、配套生产技术等方面进行了研究、试验和示范。结果表明:烟叶成熟度的提高,烟叶整体外观质量较好,生产的烟叶具有较好物理特性,烟叶化学成分有较大改善。成熟采收的上、中部烟叶感官质量、内在化学成分含量及其比例较提前采收、滞后采收为优,下部叶则以提前采收较好。感官质量示范区的烟叶优于非示范区烟叶,特别表现在香气质、烟气细腻程度、口感特性上。烟碱比值(HTJ)B2F示范区>B2F非示范区,C3F示范区>C3F非示范区。

Abstract:The results from tests and productive demonstration area show that raising tobacco maturity degree can improve the overall exterior quality,physical characteristic and chemical composition.The sense quality and its chemical composition content and ratio of the upper and middle tobacco harvested at the maturity is better than those of tobacco harvested before or after the maturity.The sense quality and its chemical composition content and ratio of the lower tobacco harvested before the maturity is better.The tobacco sense quality from the demonstration area is better than that from the non-demonstration area,especially in aroma,tobacco odour and texture.The HTJ of the demonstration area is higher than the non-demonstration area.
