| 摘 要： | 通过对冀西北面临的生态问题、林水关系和功能影响因素的介绍分析,结合冀西北生态区位重要性和生态补偿区所需林地生态服务功能,提出冀西北营造林规划的指导性原则和空间配置方面的设计思路,对于提高冀西北营造林工程质量具有一定的参考价值,对于林地生态服务功能的实现提升和发挥冀西北区位重要价值具有良好的指导意义.
