摘    要:为了揭示小麦(Triticum aestivumL.)品种间的遗传多样性,采用A-PAGE方法对58份来自不同育种单位的小麦新品种(系)进行了醇溶蛋白遗传多样性分析.全部供试品种(系)共检测到886条带,每份材料可电泳出8~20条带,平均15.3条.试验共获得迁移率不同的谱带86条,其中第2和第4条谱带出现的频率最高,分别为53.45%和50.00%,其余的谱带多态性很高,说明被检测的小麦新品种(系)间存在丰富的醇溶蛋白遗传异质性.供试材料间的遗传距离(genetic distance,GD)变异范围在0.26~0.83,平均为0.55.聚类分析在GD值为0.81水平上可将供试材料分为3大类群.研究数据为被检测材料在育种中的利用提供了有用信息.

Abstract:The genetic diversity at gliadin loci of 58 new wheat cultivars(lines) from different agricultural institutes was studied by A-PAGE.A total of 886 bands were identified in the examined wheat accessions.8 to 20 gliadin bands were identified in each accession,with an average of 15.3 gliadin bands.A total of 86 bands of different relative mobility were observed by electrophoresis,among which No.2 and No.4 bands had the highest present frequencies of 53.45% and 50.00% respectively.The other bands showed very high polymorphisms.The result indicated that the new wheat cultivars or lines examined in this study had a rich genetic diversity at the gliadin loci.The genetic distance(GD) of the tested accessions varied from 0.26~0.83,with an average of 0.55.All of the tested materials could be classified into 3 clusters at the level of GD 0.81.This paper provides some useful information for wheat breeding with these wheat germplasms.
