| 摘 要： | 选择14种常见的杀菌剂分别对菌盖疣孢霉菌丝、分生孢子和双孢蘑菇菌丝进行室内毒力测定.结果表明,供试的杀菌剂对菌盖疣孢霉菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发以及对双孢蘑菇菌丝生长均具有不同程度的抑制作用,且不同杀菌剂对菌盖疣孢霉菌和双孢蘑菇菌丝的毒力存在显著差异.其中,表现最好的杀菌剂为特克多,对菌盖疣孢霉菌具有较高的活性,而对双孢蘑菇菌丝的毒性相对较低.其次是甲基托布津、断灰、适乐时、施保功、施保克、多菌灵6种杀菌剂,它们对菌盖疣孢霉菌的毒力比对双孢蘑菇菌丝毒力相对较高.世高、富力库、爱苗、腈菌唑、福星、扑海因、代森猛锌等7种药剂对疣孢霉菌和蘑菇菌丝的毒性差异不明显.

| Abstract: | The toxicities of fourteen kinds of familiar fungicides to the hypha and conidium of Mycogone perniciosa Mag.,and to the hypha of Agagricus bisporus Imbach were reported in this paper.The result showed that the provided fungicides had different degrees of inhibition on germination of conidium and/or hypha of M.perniciosa and A.bisporus and that the variance of their inhibition was notable.The best fugicides was Thiabendazole,which had upper activity to M.perniciosa but it was safe to the growth of hypha of A.bisporus.The next six disinfectants were Thiophanate-methyl,Pyrimethanil,Fludioxonil,Prochloraz-manganese chloride,Prochloraz and Carbendazim.Their toxicities to M.perniciosa were higher than to hypha of A.bisporus.The other seven disinfectants including Difenoconazole,Tebuconazole,Difenoconazol-propiconazol,Myclobutanil,Flusilazole,Iprodione and Mancozeb,had toxicities to M.perniciosa and hypha of A.bisporus at similar levels. |
