短周期工业材指接强度分析

摘    要:采用国产间苯二酚-甲醛树脂胶,脲醛树脂胶,聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液三胶粘剂,对落叶松,杨木,火矩松,湿地松,马尾松,杉木,刺槐七种短周期工业材进行了抗弯强度,抗拉强度,顺纹抗压强度,冲击韧性指接试验,分析了四项指标的有效率。试验结果表明:抗弯强度,抗拉强度,抗压强度的有效率的均大于80%,冲击韧性大于70%。

Abstract:Using resorcinol resin adhesive,urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive and polyvinyl acetate produced in China,we analysed the effective rate of finger-joint test of bending strength,tensile strength.compressive strength parallel-to-grain and impact tenacity for seven fast-growing industrial wood of larch.poplar.loblolly pine,slash pine, Chinese red pine,China fir and locust.The results of the test show that the effective rate of bending strength,tensile strength and compressive strength are all more than 80%,and that of impact tenacity more than 70%.
