猪源乳酸菌抑制致病性大肠埃希菌研究

摘    要:为筛选能够抑制猪源致病性大肠埃希菌的优势乳酸菌,采集不同日龄的健康仔猪新鲜粪便,分离纯化得到35株疑似乳酸菌。应用牛津杯法对3株致病大肠埃希菌抑制作用进行研究,筛选出2株有抑菌作用的疑似乳酸菌(11号和14号)。利用生化鉴定和16SrDNA序列同源性分析,该两株菌被鉴定为乳杆菌属唾液乳杆菌;综合牛津杯法和生长曲线、pH的测定结果,筛选出产酸性能和抑菌效果好的14号菌株,为研制仔猪用微生态制剂奠定了基础。

Abstract:In order to screen the advantaged lactic acid bacteria,which can inhibit pig pathogenic Escherichia coli,we collected different days age piglet feces samples.Finally,35 suspected lactic acid bacteria strains were isolated.Through the Oxford cup method screening with three E.coli,ultimately,two strains were screened out(No.11 and No.14).By means of biochemical identification and molecular identification,two strains were identified as Lactobacillus salivarius.Considering Oxford cup method,growth curve,and pH measurement results,No.14(Lactobacillus salivarius) strain with better antibacterial effect and acid-producing properties was identified.Moreover,No.14 has stronger antibacterial effect than Lactobacillus acidophilus standard strain from swine,which lay the foundation for probiotics of piglets.
