| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村迫切需要有一批领头雁,领头雁能有效整合各种资源,带领农民建设社会主义新农村.领头雁在建设新农村过程中起着示范、推动、辐射等多方面的作用.从转变观点、放宽政策、搭建平台、培育新型农民和发挥党员及基层组织作用等方面论述了如何培育社会主义新农村建设的领头雁.

| Abstract: | Building the new socialism countryside needs a number of Bellwethers urgently.Bellwethers can effectively integrate various resources and lead the subject-farmers to build the new socialism countryside.They play the role of model,promotion and radiation in the process of building the new socialism countryside.This article explains how to cultivate the Bellwethers of building the new socialism countryside from the aspects of transforming ideas,relaxing policy,building platforms,cultivating newly typed farmers and making them play the role of party members and grassroots organizations. |
