| 摘 要： | 由蒸青绿茶在中国的发展演变史及在日本的传播发展史出发,概述了蒸青绿茶的加工制作、引种栽培和贸易发展史,以及当前的加工技术与蒸青绿茶在各领域中的应用情况,由此对蒸青绿茶的发展进行了展望并提出自己的一些见解。

| Abstract: | This article describes the history and development of steamed green tea "Sencha" in China and some literature and spread history in Japan on this topic. It generally describes about the processing and manufacturing of "Sencha". It narrates how this is turned into finest variety through proper production and trade practices,as well as it also briefs the processing technology being used currently at different locations. We predict this product will be further developed and give some advance on its development. |
