| 摘 要： | 氰氟虫腙是一种最新开发的具有高度选择性杀虫剂,主要用于蔬菜和水稻等作物防治鳞翅目和鞘翅目害虫。为了明确该药剂在蚕区使用对养蚕业的安全性,采用食下毒性测定和田间残毒期试验。结果表明:氰氟虫腙对3龄起蚕的摄入致死中浓度(LC5)0为0.6605mg/L,95%置信限为0.6196～0.7094mg/L;240g/L氰氟虫腙悬浮剂750倍、1500倍和3000倍稀释液田间喷雾桑叶,间隔70d后饲喂3龄蚕的死亡率均为100%,一般在添食毒叶后1～3d中毒死亡,主要症状表现为:食桑减缓、静伏、少量吐液、腹部缩短等。氰氟虫腙对家蚕的急性毒性较强,在桑叶上的残毒期极长,超过正常情况下的桑叶叶龄,桑园周围其它农作物应谨慎使用该杀虫剂。

| Abstract: | Metaflumizone is a kind of newly developed and highly selective pesticides, which is mainly used for the prevention of coleoptera and lepidoptera pests on vegetables and rice crops. In order to clear the safety of metaflumizone used in silkworm area, the eaten toxic determination and the insufficient period in field determination experiments were implemented. The results showed that the intake concentrations of deadly to 3th silkworms was 0.6605 mg/L, and confidence limit of 95% was 0.6196~0.7094 mg/L. Samples diluted 750, 1500 and 3000 times from 240 g/L metaflumizone were sprayed on the mulberry leaves, and 3th silkworms feed with these leaves after sprayed for 70days were totally dead. In general, the silkworms would be dead after feed with toxic leaves for 1-3 days. The main symptoms are： eating mulberry leaves slowly, motionless, vomiting a small amount of liquid and abdominal shorten. So we can know that the acute toxicity of metaflumizone to the silkworm is strong, and its insufficient period on mulberry leaves is very long, which is much longer than normal mulberry leaves. So it should be cautious to use metaflumizone around the fields of mulberry and other crops. |
