摘    要:本文综述了国家卫生部发布的食品中可能违法添加的非食用物质名单中7种非食用色素(碱性嫩黄O、碱性橙Ⅱ、酸性橙Ⅱ、苏丹红、玫瑰红B、美术绿和孔雀石绿)的性质、危害及相应国内外检测技术,并分析了各种检测技术的优缺点和适用性。作者认为非食用色素检测技术将趋于更快速、高效、环保、低成本、准确精密、高自动化程度发展,建立多种非食用色素同时检测的方法,并针对不同的检测需求制定不同检测方法标准。

Abstract:This paper described the property,hazard and detection methods of seven inedible pigments: Auramine O,Basic OrangeⅡ,Acid Orange Ⅱ,Sudan,Rhodamine B,Lead chrome green and Malachite green,which were announced in the sixth batch illegal additives to foods by Ministry of Health.It also analyzed advantages,disadvantages and applicability.The future detecting techniques will trend to be faster,more accurate,efficient,environmental,lower cost and higher degree of automation.Establish non-edible pigment detection method,and the need to develop different methods for different detection standards.Related departments should establish simultaneous determination methods of multiple non-edible pigments and formulate standard different methods for specific requirements.
