摘    要:为了系统地研究城市污泥好氧堆肥过程中堆料基本理化性质、速效养分、重金属形态的变化以及添加发酵菌剂对堆肥的影响,采用人工翻堆的方式对西安市第3污水处理厂剩余污泥进行了高温堆肥试验研究。结果表明,经过35天的堆制,添加发酵菌(堆A)和不添加发酵菌(堆B)的2个堆体有机质降解率分别为30.38%、30.32%,总氮分别损失了24.58%、23.69%,速效氮、磷、钾均有所增加。种子发芽指数GI分别达59.3%、55.6%,添加发酵菌与否对堆肥效果影响不显著。顺序提取法分析重金属形态变化结果表明,堆料中Cu主要以稳定的X-NaOH态和X-HNO3态存在,Zn、Pb主要以X-EDTA态存在,而Ni的X-(KNO3+H2O)态含量较高。经过堆肥处理后,堆料中Cu、Zn、Pb、Ni的生物有效态含量均有所降低,其中Ni的生物有效态下降最多,超过50%。本试验结果对今后西安市污水处理厂污泥资源化利用有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:In order to study the basic physical and chemical properties,available nutrients,change of heavy metal forms of the compost before and after composting and the influence of zymophyte on composting effects during aerobic composting systematically,the experiment of thermophilic composting for excess sluge from No.3 WWTP was carried out by turning the pile manually.The results showed that throughout the 35 days of composting,organic matter degradation rate of two composts adding zymophyte or not(compost A and B) were 30.38% and 30.32%,respectively,nitrogen loss rate were 24.58% and 23.69%,respectively,available nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium increased to some extent.Germination index reached 59.3% and 55.6%,respectively,the effect of whether adding zymophyte or not was not significant on composting.The heavy metal forms analysis by sequential extraction method indicated that Cu largely existed in the form of X-NaOH and X-HNO 3,and Zn,Pb X-EDTA,while X-(KNO 3 +H 2 O) fraction of Ni was relatively high.Bioavailability of Cu,Zn,Pb and Ni tended to decrease to some extent after composting,with Ni exceeding 50% which decreased greatest.It was expected that the test results derived from this study might be valuable to utilization of sewage sludge from waste water treatment plants in Xi ' an City.
