| 摘 要： | 为分析猪圆环病毒2型（PCV2）对伪狂犬病弱毒苗（PRV）免疫反应的影响，用real-time PCR技术检测了仔猪外周血单个核细胞（PBMC）体外单接种和共接种PCV2与PRV后调节性细胞因子IL-4、IL-10、IL-12p40及IFN-γ的mRNA表达水平。结果表明，PRV能引起IL-4、IL-12p40与IFN-γ的mRNA表达上调，PCV2能引起IL-4、IL-10与IL-12p40的mRNA表达上调；而且，PCV2能抑制PRV诱导IL-4、IL-12p40及IFN-γ的mRNA表达上调，其中对IFN-γ mRNA表达的抑制效果最为显著（P<0.05），提示PCV2可能会对PRV的细胞免疫反应产生不利影响。 |

| Abstract: | To explore the effect of porcine circovirus type Ⅱ（PCV2） on the immune response of attenuated pseudorabies vaccine（PRV）,peripheral blood mononuclear cells（PBMCs） of a piglet were experimentally inoculated with PCV2 and PRV alone or in combination,respectively.The mRNA level of regulatory cytokines including IL-4,IL-10,IL-12 p40 and IFN-γ in piglet PBMCs at different hours post inoculation were quantitatively measured by real-time PCR method.The results showed that there was up-regulation of the mRNA expression of IL-4,IL-12 p40 and IFN-γ induced by PRV,IL-4,IL-10 and IL-12 p40 induced by PCV2,respectively.Moreover,the up-regulation of IL-4,IL-12 p40 and IFN-γ mRNA expression induced by PRV was repressed in presence of PCV2,and the repression effect of IFN-γ mRNA expression was significant（P0.05）.The results revealed that PCV2 could induced the detrimental effect on the cell-mediated immune response of PRV. |
