摘    要:为了提高技术竞争力,保证四川民族地区农产品加工企业的生存与发展。以技术效益指标为体系,采用定性与定量的方法,从企业技术水准和技术创新能力两个方面,分析与评价四川民族地区农产品加工业技术效益与省内先进农产品加工企业的差异,由此提出民族地区农产品加工企业技术改进与创新的思路。

Abstract:In order to improve the technology competitiveness,to guarantee the agricultural products processing national regions the enterprise survival and the development.Based on the technology for the efficiency index system,the qualitative and quantitative method,from the enterprise technology level and technical innovation ability 2 aspects,analysis and evaluation of minority nationality regions in the processing industry of agricultural products with advanced technical benefit in agricultural products processing enterprise difference,then put forward the agricultural products processing enterprise technology in national regions improvement and innovation of thought.
