摘    要:主要从形态学标记、DNA分子遗传标记和蛋白标记这三个水平上综述了近年来学者们对黑龙江、长江和珠江三大水系间、长江水系内、野生群体与养殖群体间的草鱼遗传结构和遗传多样性的研究情况。得出了如下结论:草鱼的遗传多样性较低,野生群体较养殖群体遗传多样性高。通过研究草鱼的遗传多样性,最终以达到通过不同的标记方法来筛选遗传多样性高的标记位点,用于草鱼的分子辅助育种的目的。

Abstract:The current survey of genetic structure and genetic diversity of grass carp in the water of three rivers, the Yangtze River, the wild population and cultured population were reviewed in this paper. At last, the prospect in these ways was described in this paper. The following conclusions were reached: the genetic diversity of grass carp was lower, and wild populations was higher than the breeding populations in genetic diversity. As a result, Filtering the marker locuses of higher genetic diversity by different molecular markers which could be useful for grass carp molecular breeding.
