硒增强鸡对马立克氏病抵抗力的作用及其机理的研究

摘    要:1日龄雏鸡200只,根据1日龄是否用HVT冻干苗免疫和基础日粮中是否添加硒的两因子两水平随机均分成4组;在10日龄各组接种MD强毒,70日龄全部扑杀。试验结果表明,各组雏鸡的MD死亡集中在21~44日龄,死亡高峰在30~36日龄的一周内,在MD的发病过程中,动物机体清除氧自由基的能力下降,机体细胞受自由基的攻击程度加重;硒能显著减少MD的发病率和死亡率;给雏鸡补硒能增强机体清除氧自由基和不饱和过氧化物的能力,减少机体细胞受自由基的攻击程度。作者认为,硒具有增强鸡对MD抵抗力的作用,硒具有间接和直接清除自由基的能力是增强这种抵抗作用的机理之一。

Abstract:Two hundred 1-day-old healthy chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups.The chickens in group NN were not inoculated with HVT at 1 day of age and given a basal diet not supplemented with selenium. The chickens in group IN were inoculated with HVT at 1 day of age and given a basal diet not supplemented with selenium. The chickens in group NS were not inoculated with HVT at 1 day of age and given a basal diet supplemented with selenium(0.6mg/kg diet).The chickens in group IS were inoculated with HVT at 1 day of age and given a basal diet supplemented with selenium (0.6mg/kg diet).All experimental chickens were inoculated with vMDV at 10 days of age, necropsied and examined for gross and histological lesions at 70 days of age. The experimental results showed that chickens died of MD mainly occurred at 21-44 days of age, High MD mortality concentrated at 30-36 days of age in various groups, the ability of scavenging oxygen free radicals was reduced and the degree of tissue damage caused by oxygen free radicals was aggravated in chickens with MD, selenium could decrease significantly the morbidity and mrtality of MD,and selenium could increase the ability of removing oxygen free radicals and lipid peroxide and alleviate the degree of tissue damage caused by oxygen free radicals.The author thought selenium could increase significantly chicken's resistance to MD, which is related to increasing of the ability in scavenging oxygen free radicals directly and indirectly.
