| 摘 要： | 选用10日龄健康雏鸡190只,随机分为19组,每组10只。试验组和阳性对照组雏鸡人工感染柔嫩艾美耳球虫,建立雏鸡球虫病模型。在感染后3d开始用药,以存活率、相对增重率、盲肠病变值和盲肠卵囊值为观察指标,以抗球虫指数(ACI)为判定标准,研究二甲氧苄啶(DVD)以1∶5比例与几种磺胺药联合应用的抗球虫增效作用。结果表明,0.06%磺胺二甲嘧啶(SM2)、0.05%磺胺喹恶啉(SQ)、0.05%磺胺-6-甲氧嘧啶(SMM)、0.05%SQ+0.06%磺胺氯吡嗪(Esb3)的ACI分别为161、142、157、147。DVD与不同浓度SM2联用的ACI分别为179、166、155;与不同浓度SQ联用的ACI分别为178、168、152;与不同浓度SMM联用的ACI分别为184、174、163;与不同浓度SQ和Esb3混合组联用的抗球虫指数分别167、176、186。表明DVD与几种磺胺药联用后均产生了抗球虫增效作用。

| Abstract: | In this study,a total of 190 10-day-old healthy chickens were randomly divided into 19 groups.Chicks in experiment groups and positive control group were artificially infected with Eimeria tenella at 10 days of age to establish chicken coccidiosis model.Chickens in experiment groups were treated with different sulfa drugs 3 days post-infection(dpi).Survival rate,relative weight gain,value of cecal lesion,and value of oocyst in cecal were detected,and anticoccidial index(ACI) was assessed.Different concentrations of sulfa drugs were combined with diaveridine(DVD) at 5∶1 ratio and their synergistic anticoccidial effect was evaluated.The results showed that ACI of 0.06% SM2 group,0.05% SQ group,0.05% SMM group,and mixture of 0.05%SQ with 0.06% Esb3 group were 161,142,157,and 147,respectively.ACI of DVD combined with different concentration of SM2 was 179,166,and 155,respectively.ACI of DVD combined with different concentration of SQ was 178,168,and 152,respectively.ACI of DVD combined with different concentration of SMM was 184,174,and 163,respectively.ACI of DVD combined with different concentration of SQ mixed with Esb3 was 167,176,and 186,respectively. |
